What I love about my house is the size. It's 3,370 square feet in total. There is a downstairs master and an upstairs master which is the one I am trying to rent. A very big back yard and the neighborhood is quiet. It's large enough to be very private. There are many shopping centers close by.

I moved here in 1998. I have occasional short-term renters who work close by. They stay here for a month at a time and are very quiet. If they stay in the other bedroom on the second floor, they will share the bathroom. I have two dogs. A Lab and a mixed breed. They are both friendly. I keep them on my side of the house separated by gates. I enjoy mixing music and love watching movies. My partner of 27 years passed in 2018 so this is why I am looking for a roommate. I am quiet.
